TEAM LEADERBOARD —
| # | Team Member | Tickets | Throughput | Resolution Rate | Avg. TTR | Overdue |
|---|
Column Explanations
Tickets — Newly created & assigned in the period
Throughput — Tickets created in the period that are currently Done (absolute counter for resolution rate)
Resolution Rate — Of tickets created in the period: what % are Done today? (Cohort rate, always 0–100%)
Avg. TTR — Avg. days from creation to Done, from closed tickets in the period
Overdue — Open tickets past SLA: Bugs > 7 days, all others > 14 days
Rank Logic
The rank (#) always reflects the current sort order — clicking a column also changes the rank.
Color Scale
■ Good ■ Medium ■ Critical
Resolution Rate: ≥ 80% good, ≥ 60% medium, < 60% critical
Avg. TTR: ≤ 7 d good, ≤ 14 d medium, > 14 d critical
Overdue: ≤ 10% good, ≤ 30% medium, > 30% critical
Badges & Warnings
The period filter at the top right applies to all columns simultaneously.
AGENT PROFILE —
Activity Trend
Created & Resolved per week
Shows per week (or per day for 1W) how many tickets were newly created & assigned vs. how many had their Done date. Incoming = purple, Resolved = teal. Both relative to the selected period.
Ticket Status
Distribution in period
Donut chart of the current status distribution of all tickets created in the selected period. Shows e.g. how many are still open, in progress, or already closed.
Resolution Time Distribution
Days to resolution (resolved tickets)
Bar chart: How long did closed tickets in the period take? Buckets: 0–1 d, 1–3 d, 3–7 d, 7–14 d, 14+ d. Further left means faster resolution.
Ticket Types
Type distribution in period
Donut chart of ticket types (e.g. Support, Bug, Feature, Onboarding) from the selected period. Shows the focus of the agent's work.
Resolution Time Trend
Avg. TTR per week — resolved tickets
Line chart: Avg. resolution time (days) per week, calculated from tickets set to Done in that week. A falling trend means faster processing over time.
Backlog Development
Incoming − Resolved per week (net backlog)
Two lines: net per week (incoming minus resolved) and cumulative backlog. Positive net values = backlog growing, negative = backlog being reduced. The cumulative line shows the overall trend.
